The apartment is available starting August 1st 2021 for a year lease. The apartment is located off Forbes and Shady Avenue. Its a 7 minute bus ride to CMU and Pitts campus. The 61A, 61B, 61C, and 61D are a one minute walk from the apartment
Rent is split 3 ways. $1300/3 = $433 which includes water.
Parking is an additional $25.
Utilities (internet, electric, and gas) range $75 up to $125 per person.
On Average, I spend around $550 per month in total expenses.
